want to make pictures change on first page

hello all.
im new here and if this is the smalles Problem my english is worse.

so i try to ask my Question first in english but if there is anybody able to answer in German it would be Great.

i´m going to place some Pictures on our Page that have to change every 2 Seconds like a Diashow.
the reason for this is that the Category has many choicses to do.
if one person is doing a mouse over on the Picture it should get bigger like Zoom in ( this Funktion works already at two of the Pictures)

also i would like to know if the Picture from my camera is too big is there a Tool for Optimize the Size ?

I've not seen any scripts like that which we could use in WD

Right click the image and select optimize.
