How do you setup or create a Newsletter link? As seen in this image.

best way is to sign up to mailchimp and they will give you the code for subscription widget and this is linked to your mailchimp account and collects emails the legal way and then you use the templates in mailchimp to create html emails just like the big boys

I use mailChimp and I recommend them. They have a very generous free account that is more than enough for a small business, and you get access to all the same templates and editors as the paid accounts. The difference is in how many newsletters you can send out in a month and some of the tools for testing your layouts for passing spam filters etc. They also have a very good help system too.
