How do I make the object handles large?

Hi Guys,

Save the violins, old boy here losing his sight. Can anyone remind me (losing my memory too) how to make the object handles bigger. You know the ones that surround an object or shape when you click on it>

I remember I did it once in Xara 5. Egg had a video of somesort about it.

it allows the object handles to be changed as well as several other parameters.
