Endless Header/Footer

Does anyone know how to create an endless header and footer as seen here.

The only way I know to do this is to create the footers and have them extend beyond the edges of the page, and in Website Properties > Website, remove the check from Clip to page edges.

You're welcome. You can also create a tiling background image but the header and footer areas will be fixed.

In the attached .web document, I created a very tall thin rectangle and added two bands of color for a header and a footer.

The tall thin rectangle, was converted to a bitmap (Arrange > Create Bitmap Copy) which automatically places a copy in the Bitmap Gallery.

Holding down the Ctrl key, drag and drop the bitmap from the Bitmap Gallery onto the page.

Preview the page in the browser and the bitmap image will fill the world's widest screen and then some.
