eps file won't open

I was sent an eps file by my client but PS6 can't open it. I only use photoshop to open and save eps files in another format so it just might be my ignorance that's the problem. However, I have opened many eps files before and never had this problem.

Here's the file. Let me know if you can open it. If so, please let me know how I can do the same in PS6.

this eps is unopenable....don´t think about his open and contact you client to send new in other format maybe. I try to open eps, and i had unsucces in Illustrator and Photoshop.
