Missing Scroll Bars

Hi,

When I create a new document I see scrollbars as shown in the attached screen shot but one document that I have been working on for a while does not have these scroll bars, see the other attachment.

I have had a look around the "options" but cant see anything that might cause this.
Any thoughts much appreciated.

That was embarrassing ! and its in the help.

I was convinced it was an "options" thing for some reason.

I think Windows >> Bars, which I have not noticed before, is a rather odd mixture of things ?

Animation, Presentation, Galleries, Website and ColourLine ARE bars.
But I wouldn't call StatusLine and Rulers bars ?
and it looks like ScrollBars has been included in this list only because it contains the letters "bars".
