It's all good, Bill, thanks!
So work off Bill's template and I've deleted mine.

In case you where wondering where I got to, I had to pack up and move. I'm very tired!
By what I've read, it sounds like we are modifying the TG font. If you want me to go over the work I have done, please let me know.

Michele please download the template and put the glyphs you designed for the roundhead font into the template. Make sure your glyphs match the guidelines. The upright portions should be the same width as the sample glyphs in the template. The bowls of any lowercase letters should match those within the template. Ascenders should be the correct height, descenders should be the same as the one on the g.
When you have the matching the template please post your .xar file in this thread.

Is the Roundhead font project dead? Is anyone working on standardizing the glyphs?
I will be away for a week beginning tomorrow morning.

Thanks Larry. I was getting worried that no one had made a post recently.

For the record:
Bill needs to compile the font again, this time with gylphs you have corrected to meet the various widths in the template we posted, so the font looks consistent.
Right now, it looks not-so-good.
Please download the template and carefully adjust stem widths and diagonals so this looks like a typeface and not a ransom note.

Hi Bill, Gare, all,
I'm not sure what portion of my offerings made it into the package. What do you need from me?
Is the correct template the one in Bill's post #240?
Some comments on Bill's red redesigns (also post #240) and Gary's post #239...It looks like Bill has eliminated the overshoot and Gary has resized the G without any overshoot. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ty...Line_Terms.svg) Seems those changes mess with the character of the original font. The original also had a bit of look of a "ransom note". Is our goal to remove the quirkiness and clean it to perfection?

Hi Fred—
This is my take and not necessarily that of The Management:
We should collectively strive for a consistency between characters, especially the verticals.
RoundHead, when used, produces sentence that don't look either right or quirky, because the stems have to be of absolutely the same width when these stems parts reappear as parts of other characters.
You know, ultimately, Bill is the Captain of this ship, and he says he;ll be away for a while. It might be better to push the Pause button on this font until his leadership returns.

I have a question. I have done the punctuation over 3 or 4 times and at this point I'm still not sure how the brackets should be aligned nor the width. Any feedback would be appreciated. I have tried to do what I thought should be right but it doesn't seem to fit the mold, so at this point I'm stuck.
