i would like to create a navbar that is place at the bottom of my page. So i need that the submenus displays upwards instead of downwards. Is it possible?

It is possible but you will need two layers for each button that has a drop down/up menu. One for the MouseOff links and one for the MouseOver effect. Attached are a couple of examples for you to study. Take them apart to see how they work and shout if you have any questions.
