Don't think PS is the programme to use here any CAD one or at least Illustrator would do it.
Design is thinking made visual.
I found a software named PDF to DWG Converter which converts may drawing perfectly, almost retain all entities as original AutoCAD drawing, be easy to use and yes it is also totally editable.

Welcome to the forum. I hope you understand that the question / answer by two new people is a common method of generating spam.
For what it is worth, I have the DWG to PDF converter from the same people (and a few other pieces of software) and find them top-notch.

I’ve tried AutoDWG, it works like a charm - simply launch PDFin as AutoCAD plug-in, select the PDF, hit “convert” and Done! It brings the PDF into my AutoCAD model space in just few seconds.
