online payment with vouchers accepted?

Does anyone know of a service which can be easily integrated with WD which allows secure online payment and the acceptance of vouchers?

Previously I have made use of paypal for online payments (online stores)- but paypal does not allow the redemption / issuing of voucher codes.

Anyone have a suggestion? Preferably a non-subscription service

Have a look at ecwid.com their silver option allows the use of vouchers but it is a monthly subscription service
