Perfect Full Page Background Image - Stretch

Hi guys:
forgive me if this was already discussed earlier.

I am using Xara Web Designer and am trying to have a background picture that would stretch across the screen and change size when you adjust browser. Have a look at this link and tell me if it's possible in Xara Web Designer. I am obviously a rookie as otherwise I would use html/css to do it.
