    Default Audio Button

I received an e-mail the other day that had an icon that inspired this audio button. I like the way it turned out. Although, I would like to get some suggestions to improve it. In addition, maybe I can get some suggestions to animate it also. I look forward to seeing your comments and suggestions.

That's really well done Paul. I like the mesh effect was that done with blends? As for improvements the only thing that I might change would be the shadow I would try a wall shadow maybe rather than a glow.

    Hi Paul.

I've had a go at trying to get the other audio symbols (I didn't include the chapter buttons) into the animation.

Excellent job Rik! I have to agree, it is brilliant. I absolutely love it. You did an excellent job at creating the rotation. it really looks like the icons are spinning in the sphere. It's your turn to be the teacher on animation, how did you create the rotating ball effect as a gif? You really stepped up to this challenge, thank you for participating. This is actually the kindest of that I was looking for from the artist on this forum. The artist here are very creative. Thank you again Rik.

    Thanks for your comments guys.
But... I wasn't quite happy with my first effort, and Paul had used different colours in his original drawings.
So, I thought I would have another go at it!

Isn't it great when artists put their heads together from different perspectives to achieve an amazing final result.....now that's teamwork!

Great job both of you......now I'm wondering if the wording should change for every symbol...ie: Play Me has it's symbol, how about Pause, Rewind, Fast Forward, Record, Stop....just a thought, I haven't the skills to do this button or I would attempt it......but I bet you guys could do the change......
    Ed......:-)

Again, nicely done Rik. I like the transition of colors. I started playing around with your first animation. I have not done anything with the text or the color. Thanks again Rik for your input. You are doing an excellent job.

Rik, how are you attaching your images so that they play in the display.

    Hi Paul.

As far as I can see, it's to do with the size of the image. In pixels and not Kb.

I took your original and reduced the image size to 169px wide.
You can see that it's animating!

I can't say that I know the exact maximum size that will animate?
