Easy Accordian - Editing Colour

I am able to edit the colour of the vertical selection panels and the main panel text heading and the colours show correctly in the Xara graphics window, but the colour edit is ignored when previewed in a browser.

Is this a bug, or limitation, or is there a trick to this?

It is probably a cruel hoax.

My guess is if it does not appear in the browser then it is not something you can do. Even if it appears that you can.

That make any sense?

No, you can't change the colours I'm afraid. The Easy Accordion is very limited in its flexibility. Xara will 'let' you do anything at all to it (change colours, move stuff around, resize etc), however this will simply 'break' the widget.

That's a real shame. The accordian is such a great widget, but it's colour scheme just doesn't work with some sites.

This is one of the reasons that I have not upgraded to v7. What's the point of being able to make changes in something and then not being able to actually use it. Xara have made a big deal about the accordian widget but it is nothing if something as small as this cannot be done, I love webdesigner more than most people but they just shouldn't have bothered. My reason for choosing webdesigner over something like wordpress is the amount of control over the design.
