Ah yes. I had this problem. I initially thought It was because I had live sync running but didn't ever get to the bottom of it.
Please report it to Xara support. I'm sure they would find it a help in tracking the bug down. - the more the merrier.

Yes I've sent every thing I've found to Xara
what if it's just UAC? If not that then corrupted configuration path?
