Rik I have found one horrible flaw in your Gazillion bill.

    It is too long.

It can not be used by anyone going through Basic Training for the US Military.

Their underware would not be folded to the required measurements.

The White Collar on their White Collar bed would be too wide.

Everyone will need to keep a $1 bill available as their standard measurement device, the same as it has been for decades.

If ever there was a time to give yourself a pat on the back, this is that time!
Though, I still doubt that 'gazillion' is an official number!

This part however, I cannot agree with.

I've not posted an exact size in this thread but I did look at the size of a dollar note.
    Basically it's 155mm x 65mm

If you enlarge the 'face on' picture in post # 9, then you'll see that it's pretty close.
I'm not saying that it's deadly accurate, but it's close enough. (My dollar is slightly taller).
But, not too far out to be able to say, "It can not be used by anyone going through Basic Training for the US Military."

Can I also take this opportunity to thank you, and everyone else, for the great interaction in this thread.

Any and all comments are welcome.

Madalynne: I'm not saying that I am going to do one soon but the idea of a $3 note certainly got me thinking!

You know it would be a gay ole' time and a lot of fun to create the $3 note.

Rik I'm only kidding, but your png is larger when measured within XDP7.

I can see what you mean now.

I drew the note larger than an original. Though I was trying to keep the proportions reasonably correct.

If you look at the attached picture, then if you change the width to 155mm, then you can see that the height is pretty close.

But, I have to agree with you that the 'face on' png I attached, is slightly larger and that's what I misunderstood from your previous post.

Please don't worry Bill. As soon as I finish here, I'm going to give myself a damn good thrashing!

Also, please feel free to have as much fun as you like. I didn't take anything you said, in any different way.
I would not be thanking you for your participation for nothing, Bill.

In Basic Training the Training Instructor (TI) gave us instructions to make the White Collar 6 inches, then he told us to use a dollar bill to measure the collar. A dollar bill is actually 6.1 inches according to my measurements made tonight, so your Gazillion bill is just as accurate as my TI's instructions.

The people in my career field always said measurements are never to be taken seriously. The military way of measurement:

    1. Measure it using a Micrometer.
    2. Use a dull crayon to mark it.
    3. Cut it by hitting it with an axe.

    Precision is for amateurs.

    I wouldn't worry about anything.

As soon as I draw the back of the note, I'm going to get them printed and send one to everyone who participated in this thread.

    Then we'll all be Gazillionaires!
