Can you draw? Or are you expecting a program to do it all for you? Either option would be difficult. If you can draw, then Xara Designer Pro 7 is an excellent application.

Agree with Gary, if you're looking to draw it in 2D use Xara Pro 7. You can get the 3D effect with a little effort. If you want 3D try one of the freebies before you go out and drop big bucks on software. Blender is a good freebie.
Hey guys,
Thanks for your heads up. Basically i remembered back in the day, a friend of mine used to use a program that specifically deals with rendering 3D humans, not sure if it was bryce or something. I was thinking of rendering both the human head and brain, exporting it and opening in photoshop or fireworks to do further editing.
Thing is, this image is on a black background after transparent effect was applied. I need to make the black background white instead. Therein lies the problem and reason why i need to re-do it from scratch. Can Xara Design help me in that?
Thanks guys for all the advice.

For 3D rendering of human form you can use Poser or DAZ 3D. Both have a learning curve so it can take some time before you could achieve what you are wanting to accomplish.
Gary and Gray have suggested an excellent alternative to the 3D software. The learning curve for Xara Designer is not steep and you may be able to accomplish what you need in a very short time.

Hi
by using a photoshop plugin filter 'eliminate black'
there are some artifacts on the result - due to it being a low res jpg
assuming you have good quality images to work on it should be ok
you can get it here [an probably elsewhere too]:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multime...te-Black.shtml
once you've placed it in your plugins filter folder it will show up as transparency > eliminate black
works in photoshop, xara designer [which I used] and other graphics programs that can use PS filters
one thing - if you use it in photoshop you need to promote the layer ["Eliminate Black can only be applied on layers"] - it will not take on the background layer [normal for such filters]

Hi Steve,
That is very enlightening, thank you very much. Did what you said, and pasted it in corel draw for retrace. Then brought it back in fireworks. Here is the result. Any idea how i can improve it from here of you think this is the best that can be done with this image?
Thank you everyone.
