Newbie Help on Page Size

Hi all

Total newbie at designing websites. I am using web designer 6

I know this will be the most simplest and basic question, but as much as I search I can not find an answer

the site I am trying to do is theartycat.com There is one page up as my test and as you can see, the background is just a square in the middle of the screen. I made this simply in adobe elements and saved as a .jpeg

My question is how do you get this to automatically fill a whole screen view. I have looked at the built in templates at the page options, but can see nothing

Though if you mean a dynamic page that changes to fit the width of different screens then this is not possible with Xara afaik
