Randor Pictures - Web Designer 6 Feature or Code Only?

Hi,

Rec'd some code in the past (long past) to randomly bring up different pictures for a given web page (main page is the priority). Does WD6 have feature to add "x" amount of pictures to randomly display depending on when you view the page? Not looking for certain pictures depending on the time. Just random.

No, but if you look around and find a code you will be able to add it via placeholders

Alright, I apologize but I do have some Web Designer 6 101 Questions...

Here is what I am doing and in turn, having trouble with...

- Have a JPG on a web page
- I select the JPG and enter "Web Properties"
- I select the "Placeholder" Tab
- I select the "Replace with HTML Code" and copied in the code you provided in your link (changed to point to actual the JPG file location)
- I saved the file and performed a preview

What happened...

- In the location of the placeholder, I saw what looks like a HTML error page (showing no page / thought it would show a picture)
- I assume that I am doing something wrong since the example shows as HTML example and the example also showed multiple HTML pages (I just have one)

What I would love to have...

- A clue
- Potentially modified code specific to pictures only
- More clues...
- WD8 / Have this built-in... (That option would rock to be able to add a series of images and have it build the code for you / Geeze, the program does everything else for you, why not that too?)
