Can NOT unlock Webstyle 4

I just bought Webstyle 4 and the splash screen option to unlock doesn't work. When I click on it all it gives me is the options to buy it again.

There's no place to enter my account name and password.

I'm on Windows XP Pro; we are behind a Nokia firewall.
How do you unlock this software? This is a pain in the rear!

I hope that you were able to get your product unlocked, today is August 10, 2004 - 4 months since you wrote in.

I have the same issue. Support has been slow. I see that you did not receive a response at all, except from me. How did you get your product unlocked, or did you?

Your advice may help me.

I believe that writing in this forum helped. I am now unlocked. Support mentioned that they saw my notices and really came through. The issue was that I had to have I.E. as the default browser. I use Netscape because I truly believe that Netscape is the safer and better browser. With that stated, I was informed that support did testing with the Netscape browser (7.1, the same as mine) and could not duplicate the issue. Not sure what that means, however, the issue has been resolved. Thank you support!!
