How are you trying to use it? And have you tried other fonts? I think most fonts have the at symbol, but you never know.

Maja,
Which keyboard layout do you use (or to put it an other way where do you live)? It's possible that the combination of keys that are needed to type an @ symbol are also a key shortcut in XD.

This is a known bug (logged as #7860 and #7786) that is fixed in Designer 6.1.2.
maja340, have you tried checking for updates?
