    Default Controlling a flash swf fie in Web Designer 6.

    Hi everyone,

    I have made a spinning 3D CD which spins once. I have converted the avi into an swf file. I used eright soft to do the conversion. The file looks excellent in the Xara project.

    My question is: Is there anyway of making the animation only play once? The animation options are all greyed out. At the moment the file just plays over and over.

    Any suggerstions would be appreciated,

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Welcome to TalkGraphics Peter

    I think when you create the SWF file you specify the number of times the animation loops. I am not sure if there is a way to do this in Web Designer.

    Thanks, owpriester,

    You're probably correct but as I used the software to just do a conversion from AVI to SWF there was nowhere to specify number of loops etc.

    Cheers,

    Peter.

    The fastest way is after export, find the flash <object code and add this to the parameters :-

    <param name="LOOP" value="false"/>

    A longer way can be found here
