Works for me Rik.
Comments: Since the name of the salon is Gemini, I would make that type more important. And perhaps you don't need the Unisex designation. Most salons cut our hair too. I would move the woman's features down so that she looks more feminine. I understand what you are doing with the twin motif but she is too angrogynous and a woman wants to look feminine and stylish when she forks out all that money to have her hair done.

Hi Gary.
I appreciate and understand your comments completely.
I too am a bit concerned with the features of the female.
But, what I was trying to achieve was almost an exact reflection with the features.
If you look carefully, I already altered the female features slightly whilst still trying to keep the reflective look.
Might be an idea to attach my .xar file so that others can play about and upload their versions.
The 'Unisex' bit is simply to fill up space whereas with a real logo, the customer might decide to have a phone number there or some other wording.
I'm open to suggestions and everyone can upload their versions and ideas.
Please have a go with my .xar file and show everyone your ideas!

Looks good, Rik. I take my hat off to people who can design logos.
Hi Rik,
I thought the design was quite good.
I agree with Gary that the female is too large at present. I thought the text was fine, but my only other worry would be the colour. I’m pretty sure most men would see this as fairly effeminate. Many men are sensitive about going into unisex salons that look effeminate. You may end up with a salon that is full of 90% women and 10% gays. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But if you really want 50/50 men and women, I would consider using blue to pink or purple, to correspond with the male female image.

Hi James.
I see what you mean and will probably have to accept that the female face may have to be smaller.
I also like your idea about the different colours for the male and female sides.
I've adjusted the colours very slightly but in essence these are your alterations and ideas.
I like it and thanks a bunch for taking part.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
