Web Desingn Using PHP

Is anyone else into using PHP for webs if so what is you favourite PHP platform that you may use

I usually use a typical CMS like Wordpress or Joomla. Then I use artisteer to format the whole look and Xara for images and headers.
Wordpress has a huge amount of plugins and addons and its fairly easy to manipulate the code.

I know it might seem like using a CMS would make the site "look" like a typical wordpress, but the new tools (like artisteer) and a bit of adjusting you can create a unique look.

I have never really looked much at Wordpress and I have heard good stuff about it, maybe I should take another look
