3D button won't spin when placed into Avatar

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, the button spins fine in Xara 3D6, I export it as a Exported Animation .gif file. When I put it in as my avatar I can't get it to rotate. I included the file for reference. Any suggestions please, it is probably something easy that I am missing

The maximum size of your avatar image at TG is 100 by 100 pixels or 20.0 KB (whichever is smaller).
If exceeded, the forum software will create a static copy to fit those requirements.
