Constraining when resizing images

I am designing a newsletter in Xtreme 5. I have added my text and then added some images. I have set the images to repel the text under them. I want to resize the images to make them smaller on the page. What is the best way to do that so that I maintain good image quality and the correct aspect ratio?

To maintain the aspect ratio click the little lock icon on the taskbar. You can then resize your images with out any distortion.
