    Default Triangulation - A stereogram

I was foolishly trying to see if I could recreate the Escher-esque triangle optical illusion as a stereogram. Of course this was a futile exercise since the illusion is really a 2D image and is impossible to create as a 3D object.

But in the process I came up with the attached stereogram which has some elements of an optical illusion.

    Amazing stereogram Gary.

The triangle pops out instantly, but when looking for details the illusion jumps into view and my mind says that is impossible.

    A real mind twister.

Excellent Gary. Works better than anything else I've ever seen.

Here's the depth image. It is a blend of two shapes. Basically the result was a happy accident.
