Keyboard Shortcuts

I like using the keyboard shortcuts but I seem to have come across a problem. Or a problem I am experiencing!

The Shortcut for the Selector Tool is 'V'
The Shortcut for the Text Tools is 'T'

The problem I am having is when I have the Text Tool selected, then it doesn't seem to be possible to use the shortcut for the Selector Tool.
If you do, then you simply end up typing the letter v.

Am I doing something wrong?

You can press F2 (the Function key)

Or press 'ESC' before pressing 'V' (or any other tool shortcut)

Thanks for that. Trust an Xpert to come up with an answer so quick!

Might it be an idea for this to come up on the lable when you rest your mouse on the Selector Tool?

In fact, some of the other tools may also be available via the Function Keys, as well as what comes up on the lable.

It all might be listed in a manual somewhere but it would be good if it came up on the pop up lable.
