    Default XaraXtrme 5 Not Responding

When I try to print customsize graphics and envelops on my HP Photo Smart
C3180 printer it stalls and XaraX reports not responding. I have checked out various HP tech documents on Paper Size Mismatch errors but have not found a reliable solution. Today, while printer page size setting was for a customized size, a special "Thank You Note" it printed out an e-mail message and to my surprise it was formated to fit this size 9.5"x 6" and printed on a sheet of this size with out problem while in OE Windows EMail program. Any one have a suggestion?

'Not Responding' in the application title bar is actually a Windows message.

What is the size of the graphic you are trying to print?
Have you tried exporting the image and then printing?

The graphic is only 66 kb and it has been exported to a saved location, tho I'm not sure what you mean by p rinting after exporting

Normally when I get this message it is caused by three things:
    1. lack of memory - which would not be your cause here
    2. when I hurry an application to do something when it is not finished the first process but if left it will always come back and respond
    3. An application which is not compatible with operating system

Don't what what Steve means by exporting before printing that should not cause the problem. Mind you give it a try by exporting it as a PDF and see if Acrobat will print it. That will make sure that it is not a problem with Xara com. with your printer.
