Thanks for your suggestion. I checked with GoDaddy and I paid for the premium package on www.businessvideolive.com which offers web database and they support My SQL. They also mentioned that www.w3schools.com has free tutorials.

Woody, through you suggestions I'm sure you were able to help others.

I have the original free Expressions which microsoft does support. It replaced Frontpage
I can upload it to one of my sites for you and you can download it from there if you wish.
