It will work better if you import your background into Xtreme from Photoshop.
Which is what I did when I remade your 3D letters.

Typically when you create a transparent bitmap, you would be best to create it on the colour you wish to use it, as the antialiasing creates shades to blend with the background. The original graphic was created on a white background and blended to that, which is giving you the "jaggies" when exported onto a coloured background.
