I ran across this image yesterday and the background intrigued me. Is there a way to recreate that kind of look using Xtreme?

Rather than copy the original I tried to recreate an "aurora" effect of my own but in that style. Not sure if what I've achieved does that, but it was certainly something new for me!
It's more of a starburst, LOL but yeah - it was a challenge and I enjoyed it
EDIT: the XAR file is just 48kb, simply amazing how small - the file doesn't contain a single bitmap or plugin effect - pure vector

If someone tried to make me dig my own grave I would say No.
They're going to kill me anyway and I'd love to die the way I lived:

That's simply beautiful. Could you possibly share some of how you achieved it?

You didn't draw in all those radials by hand, did you? Is there a tool in Xtreme to automate any of that?

Hi Spinny,
Unless the image is owned by you it is best to provide a link to the original resource that you need refer to rather than attach a downloaded copy to a post at TG.
Copyright is an issue often discussed by TG members and one should also respect the rights of the copyright holder of image/s who's origins are outside TG.
If you could provide the link I will edit your post.
Thanks
I'd say, with high probability: It's a BLEND
