navigational bar over animation

I am creating an animation for the header of my website and want the navigational bar to be part of this header.
The web design software that I am using does not allow me to overlay anything on top of the animation.
Is there any way around this?

Are you using Xara for your website design?

If so, you can put the animation right under anything else.

You can even keep them separate using layers.

Of Xara's software, Xara Xtreme, Xara Web Designer and of course Xara3D can all produce animations.

Although I suspect you are using Xtreme for you animation creation (as you have posted in the Xtreme and Xtreme Pro forum), which software are you using to build your site?
