Does a xar file viewer for mac exist

Ok so xara have not taken a bite of the apple yet. But does anybody know if a xar file view exist for mac, so you can browse your files in the mac finder application?

As far as I know there isn't one and there are no plans for one. However, there is already a xar file in the core of MacOS, eXtensible ARchiver Archive (a zip file, in other words):
