    Default Warp

A warp mesh in E3. Just to how this would look.

I drew an aligning grid and moved the nodes in sets.

You do some very clever things. How did you get so many points on the mould in Xara? I only get perimeter points and only at the corners.

Expression 3.2 bitmap warp mesh. There is a capability to increase the nodes. You can also do vector warping. Expression doesn't do molding, and I made the template in Xara. I saved the Xara drawing to EPS and opened it in Expression. The drawing was placed on a separate layer and locked. The image was inserted into Expression and defined as a warp group. I used a node tool to manually position the nodes.

I made a few tree strokes using a method similar to the cylinder at one time.

    Expression does vector warping, too.

A Xara drawing to set up the node points in perspective. Xara does very good at this.

Thought I would draw a grid in XXP and use Page Curl to shape the grid. Thought making just half of the cylinder would be good. Made transparent space on either end, but Page Curl didn't use the transparent space. I added a row of pixels at the ends to get it to work.

Gee Rich that is getting seriously difficult for a simple mesh!

In Xara, you can draw a line and circle, group the two and drag the circle towards the line.
