Menu doesn't show up

I forgot to mention you access the Folder and Search Options in Windows Explorer. You can enable seeing hidden files and folders then immediately access the folder within your profile.

I have it uploaded now. It's working but it still doesn't show up in Dreamweaver.

I had made another one and it shows up as WYSIWYG. There must be a glitch with this particular one.
