    Hi Sledger,

    Your last version pleases me well and it would be optimally for an animation suitable. Super looks certain, if the outside four comets would move around the logo.

    Steve's last one would be awesome as an animated booting image
    Zee's looks like something MS would actually use for the logo (very clean and professional looking)

    Steve your most recent post is my favorite so far. It does give the impression of the animated boot logo (for those of us that have seen it ).

    I like everyone's posts. So many variations, it is good to see how others visualise a concept.
