Printing Graphics

What is the best way to print out nice and clean without distortion or blurriness. Will XaraX help with this. I've been doing different things with different formats, dpi and resolution. But still can't get a real crisp graphic. Can anyone give me advice on this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks
