    You won't find anything that can be directly USED for drawing there. To USE it you need some drawing app that integrates libspiro. I haven't found any other tool that uses libspiro than Inkscape 0.47 but it's still under developement and crashes on my PC (not sure why, never tried to find out) To test this library I quickwrote simple program, unfortunately it's not compatible with GPL license so I can't post it here as it is but it's simple enough (really tool more for testing purposes than drawing) so i can partially rewrite it to make it GPL compatible and then share.
