Flash _level command is baffling me.

I am admittedly.. a DOOFUS!!

I don't know what it is, but I can't wrap my head around this _level command.

I have read Xhris' demo and tried to make it work, but it just keeps opening the new level in a new window.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?????
