    CORRECTION: On the last page of the Workbook I suggested not using the Pop Up feature because it created a large PNG image that was slow to load.

    John (covoxer) was kind enough to point out that if I had read the Help files, I would have learned that you can select any bitmap object and then click the Create New Name yellow tag icon on the Infobar, and name the bitmap JPEG. Just JPEG, nothing more or less.

    This forces the bitmap to export as a JPEG. In the case of the Pop Up photo on the About Us page, the file size went from 130K to about 3K.

    Menu Maker does that. If you just use a couple place holders, then mark and copy the code from what Menu Maker creates... It just might work. I haven't tried it tho.
