Yes, there's a period of grace that all new owners of 3.2 get the upgrade free. There'll be more details published next week.

Would that be why I don't get the upgrade price when I follow the link from here to purchase it? I don't know how far the Grace period will extend, but I purchased the bundle of 3 in 8/07 if I remember right.

on http://www.xara.com/us/products/xtreme/upgrade it says:

"If you purchased version 3.2 during the period of grace (after 20th February 2008) then your upgrade is free. "
