Who do I contact at Xara?

I have had allot of problems with the Xara company. I am trying to get this problem fixed. I have now waited over 2 weeks for a reply back from them. They started trying to help me at first but then just stopped. So who is the direct owner (company wise) of Xara now? I believe they were bought out at one time. I am not real happy with them and want to go forward with this matter.

Chris the only way any of us here at TG have to contact Xara is through their contact page: http://site.xara.com/contact.asp

In the Send To box you may need to select Account Issues.

There is also a traditional mail address in the lower left of the contact page.

Hi Bill. Thanks for the response.

That is means I used already. I am an Xara fan and love the software. I was really shocked with what happened, but that is not for discussion on here. I am not here to start a debate or bash Xara. I just want this problem fixed.

Xara is really a very small company and the past several weeks they have been rolling out a major upgrade, Xtreme 4.0.

As you probably know, many times you can get an answer to a question or problem here very quickly.

Hi Gary. Yes that is why I came here to ask for help. Everyone seems to always be very helpful on here. I have been in contact with Charles and he is looking into this for me.
