Try unchecking the box that says "ask me everytime at startup" (or similar - I unchecked it so it doesn't ask so I can't see it to copy it .........)

Hi,
Well I hope you have all the Export options! I haven't. I am getting help from support tho' ( I hope) I sent them a 'debug" log. Speaking of which could the gentleman that emailed me contact me again. In trying to solve my delemma on my own I reconfigured my machine and lost contact info.
