Layers palette: change the size?

The default palette list box is ridiculously undersized in Painter IX.

I - and probably many others - need it to display more than silly 8 (in Paint. V I could make it to 11) items even with "No Thumbs" switched on and without tedious scolling.

Does any know a way to make it act like listboxes in ie. Illustrator and Photoshop, where you can drag the box' corner to the down edge of the screen? Or any other alternatives?

Conclusion: You must drag the Layers Palette out from the dock before to change its vertical size.
