the odds are you have used a couple big bitmaps in your file. If the purpose of the file is to post here, I would create a bitmap copy at the size they are in your file at 96DPI of all the bitmaps used. Replace the large image with the small image, dlelete the big image and resave the file. The size should be dramatically reduced...
