Top speed for this vehicle must be about 10 miles per hour!
But nice effect on the photo. Should this challenge be for foto editing? can it be an animation?

    Hi Bruce,
I my main interest is in Motion Blur using Xara, but I know from past challenges how quickly people break the rules.

Egg: Even a Transformer wouldn't be able to handle that kind morphing.

Hans: I like it, an italic cartoon style.

    Here' mine. Done with PhotoImpact.
Clone brush, eraser, smudge tool, airbrush.
No motion blur, but liberal misuse of the smudge tool does a good job of simulating the motion blur filter. Specially useful for blurring the wheels, too.
The clone brush was used to create a "clean" background, minus the tractor. A quickie job is sufficient since the background is going to be blurred anyway.
You can simulate speed by blurring the background instead of the main object.
