Positioning some frames within 1 animation

On many occasions I have wanted to paste a series of animations into XXpro (from X3D). How would I control where one animated group is positioned without moving another group?

Unfortunately without multiple time lines I think the only method is to copy 1 frame at a time form X3D and paste into the appropriate layer into the Xara Xtreme animation.

This is easily done in a movie editor that has multiple time lines or over lays though.
