Can Xara use Painter pattern pen libraries?

The title pretty much covers it - I have a chance to buy some tileable textures, and it comes with Painter pattern pen libraries. I don't own Painter (I do own Paint Shop Pro) so I'm wondering if Xtreme can use these libraries. It would be nice..

I'm not familiar with Painter pattern pen libraries and a google search did not find any information. Is there another name for the libraries?

If the libraries consist of bitmap images, they can be used as fills.

If you don't own Painter you can't open the libraries.

P.s. I hope this isn't a duplicate post.

Thanks - I had a *bad feeling* that I'd not be able to use them unless I owned Painter. I need to buy it someday (to do texture artwork), so maybe it's not a waste.
