Scale bitmap fills

I have a drawing of 2 arches on letter size page. How can I scale to fit the stone bitmap fills and change the direction of the stone on the arches sills? This is an isometric drawing with a beach view and palms.

Let's get a feel for what you're trying to accomplish. Is this something on the order that you are trying to achieve? Help me out with more specifics, please. I'll try and help if I can.

Select the bitmap fill with the Fill Tool (F5).

An L shape will appear with two arrows. Clilck on either of the small boxes at the ends of the arrows.

Click the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to enlarge and reduce the size of the fill pattern.
