*lol* No, it's no birds nest. Although it looks a little like one - you're right. It shows a leaf. Or better say it should show a leaf. I once had a wallpaper with very big leafs on it. Just sketched. Looked really good. I've draw that out of my memory. I'm not sure if it matches the original really good.
Btw: Birds nests don't make sense without birds. And birds don't make sense with cats. They wouldn't live long enough to rest in their nest
